Roser Winkel

Roser Winkel reflects on the historical marking and persecution of people who did not conform to heteronormative ideals under National Socialism. The textile forms translate this history into soft, tactile objects whose pointed shapes extend in different directions. Between vulnerability and resistance, the work connects remembrance with the present and asks how histories of exclusion continue to resonate today.
